		<description>I got to visit this Cottage when I was a child. It has left an every after impression on me that I have cherished through the years. I&#039;m glad to know that it still exists and to have something in print about it&#039;s architect and original owner and occupants!

		<description>I love this story and the cottages! I did some work in Cordova Bay on Catalina Terrace about a year ago conducting a full home renovation. This area is beautiful and these cottages really contribute to the character of the area.

		<description>Kudos to the city of Saanich for being the first in the CRD to adopt a climate action plan. And kudos to Sayward Hill for employing a number of green building practices. 

I&#039;ve always liked the landscaping around Sayward Hill and Cordova Bay so it&#039;s a bonus to know it&#039;s all native, drought resistant plantings that reduce water consumption and use of fertilizers and pesticides.</description>
